Shoalhaven Water required a software application to assist in the water meter reading process, enhance quality control and provide statistical reports on water usage recorded.

Gosford City Council
Gosford City Council read 59,000 residential and commercial water meters biannually. Meters were read through a combination of a failing PDA meter reading system and paper. In September 2010 ITOnline's CASYS system was chosen as a replacement.

The New Android app was trialed at the Gosford City Council in November 2012 along side their Web
based meter reading system. After a successful initial trial, it was rolled out
to all of their meter readers for the start of their January 2013 reading cycle.
