Special reads, check reads or audit reads allow you to create a job to check on a reading based on your criteria such as high/low checks, can't reads checks, or random quality control.

Meter Fit/Meter Exchange

Create and track a task from within CASYS to either install a meter for a new connection, or replace a faulty meter.

Credit Service

Create and track credit collection tasks.

Fleet Management

As meters age they typically run slow and therefore cost your business money. As the meters are read we can determine the replacement cost versus the loss of revenue and identify your underperforming meters to help you make beter business decisions.

Customer Reads

With a Web based system your customers can enter their own readings online and we can perform high/low checks to confirm the accuracy of the reading as we do with the meter reader.
