Configurable - CASYS was designed from the ground up to be as flexible as possible. Experience has taught us that no two tasks are alike, no matter how similar, or who performs them. Therefore, the ITOnline solution is a user specific application for simple tasks, or to simplify complex tasks.

Real time job monitoring - A WEB based system allows you to have direct access to information from all sources. Our job monitoring system provides you with the tools to monitor specific tasks as they occur.

User defined reports - Our built in report writer allows you to create your own reports, or allow us to create them for you. Reporting can be as simple, or as complex as you like.

Internet, Intranet, or PC based - The platform is your choice from a standalone PC to a Web server.

Self hosted, or fully managed - We can install on your PC, or server, or let us manage it for you.

Real time, or post process - A Web hosted system allows you collect data anywhere, anytime and to view, access, or process in real time. Or if you prefer, you can collect information off line and process later.

User defined import/export - Define the fields you wish to import, or export.

Multiple data interfaces - Allows you to populate your database from various sources including combinations of; flat files, spreadsheets, PDAs, phones or manual data entry.
